Hi all,
I encountered a shift register error when checked out a new probe that has never been used. The company's reply to my issue was that the probe was delivered more than 1 year ago and it's warranty has already expired.
Did anyone ever got this problem and managed to fix it? (I know it suppose to be irreversible, but trying my luck..)
