Code-defined and named filter buttons/links that, when applies, set one or more filters at once.

Hi @radimvaculik I am not such a strong PHP developer to implement it. However, I was looking for that feature multiple times in the documentation before remanding myself I searched it in the past already, so I filled in this feature proposal for consideration.
