poxybroker installing error

if i write pip install proxybroker
it shows me this

You cannot install pip packages globally

Either you install using apt if it's available:

apt install python3-proxybroker

or you can create a virtual env:

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install proxybroker
