Show metadata from the card in the first section

When I come to the details page of a resource type, to the right of the readme I should see:

• in the first row:
  • github icon
  • link to view on github
• in the second row:
  • number of stars in a pill
• in the third row:
  • type
  • words that show get or put

AC:

• The Github icon and the view on github link should both link to the page of that resource.
• The number of stars should reflect the number of stars on the github page.
• the type should show weather or not it is get or put.
• spacing between all the rows should fall on the 8pt grid and should be 16px apart.
• should fall within the 12 column grid as well.
