The user should see a sort option with 'Popular' and 'Alphabetical' when they come to the homepage.
Acceptance Criteria
By default it's sorted and highlighted by popular
When 'A-Z' is clicked, resources are sorted alphabetically by name, and the 'A-Z' text is highlighted
When user types a search term, the filters should apply to that search terms. i.e, if I type in 'helm' into the search bar and select 'A-Z', the results for helm should be sorted by A-Z (same functionality as the discussion page on Concourse docs)
