I have created an initial composer.json draft for the module.

Author names section need to be included/edited for all contributing to the code here.

What do you think the psr-4 should be like. Have set it to communityii. @schmunk42 you are good with naming.. your views.... should we simplify this if we feel there would be typos OR we are ok?
