I recognized that I can only see the UPnP device in the list when the device reports at least one service. But the service field is "allowed" according to the standard http://upnp.org/specs/arch/UPnP-arch-DeviceArchitecture-v2.0.pdf.
I would like to announce only root devioce description and presentation URL for a device detection mechanism. It works on UPnP Spy on Windows.
