How do i get a list of invoices which has been modified or added when i process a Dataset data changed Webhook.

I receive a web hook from codat : Rule Type : Dataset data changed for datatype invoices and the dataSetId. Based on this information how do i determine the list of invoices which are modified or added related to the sync. Any pointers will be helpful.
