Include Qt translations in macOS AppBundle #170

The translations of Qt itself are not copied by macdeployqt into the Maverick AppBundle. windeployqt copies them into the Windows install directory and also merges translations for multiple modules into a single file for each language.

Added macOS system (e.g., file chooser) and Qt translation support in 9045bd5...1f223ca. Though the mac app menu is always English due to a separate issue: #171.
