Sonic-rs 0.4 RoadMap

We plan to release sonic-rs 0.4 before April Jun.

Break Change:

• Optimize pointer! in Unnecessary allocation in pointer!() macro? #83
• Refactor sonic_rs::Value, disable assignment = and replace it with set API
• Split the crate, only provide all unsafe API in a new crate

Enhanced

• FastStr/Bytes zero-copy ( I don't know to how to do it)
• Runtime detection
• sonic_rs::to_{writer, writer_pretty} over arbitrary I/O writers #54
• Support from_reader() like serde_json::from_reader() #43
• implement get_by_schema()

Bug Fix

• Add support for non UTF-8 json input #75
