The authorization and user login API is currently not ready, as mentioned in the Authentication section at http://docs.tcoapi.apiary.io/
The normal login code in 'Session'.service object has been commented out (line 26, https://github.com/topcoderinc/tco2go/blob/master/www/js/services.js ), and a dummy response has been hardcoded
