multimedia API route #89

The /multimedia API route does not return the proper response -
http://tcoapi.apiary-mock.com/tcos/tco14/albums/1/multimedia

In calling this API, the photos and videos are not differentiated. This route is not properly resolved in the UI for the TCO app either - https://github.com/topcoderinc/tco2go/tree/master/www
