Este meta-projeto tem como objetivo reunir necessidades da comunidade externa à UFSC a fim de que surjam novos projetos, como desenvolvimento de soluções (bibliotecas/APIs, por exemplo), crawlers, etc. Ou seja, permitir que o Caravela HC atinja a comunidade direta e positivamente.
