Compare the agency name on agency links (Help page is easily accessible https://dev-benefits.calitp.org/help) on Chrome vs Firefox, Safari

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dev-benefits.calitp.org/help
  2. Scroll down to bottom
  3. The agency name should be size 18px font.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Additional context

Need to disable https://github.com/twbs/rfs/tree/v10.0.0 I think.
