It looks like this is not being used? but we want it to be.

Noticed this while on the feat/2541-recaptcha-add-link-hide-flag branch:

The headline is incorrect, and the button is supposed to say "Try again."

Oh wow I figured out what happened. There were 3 more error files I did not even know existed!!! Thanks for catching this. Working on it now.
