To avoid issues around calculating alteration frequencies, we decided to show N/A% in the Freq column on both Study View and Results View Page

On study View:

Show N/A % for partner genes in SVs that are off-panel
Show N/A % for mutations and CNAs that are off-panel

On Results View in Oncoprint:

Show N/A % for partner genes in SVs that are off-panel
Show N/A % for mutations and CNAs that are off-panel
