Clear button should not be at the top of the Interactions scrolling pane

The button to clear all of the interactions window is only at the very top of the scrolling pane. The whole purpose of the clearing is to clean up all of the lengthy output you don't want to see anymore but just to get to the button requires going back through all of that output. It would be better placed outside of the scrolling pane.
