Issue Description

We already have a working quiz system. However, there are still some minor features to be implemented as per the requirements. Guest requirements are as follows:
1.2.1.1 Guests shall be able to view the quiz feed.
1.2.1.2 Guests shall be able to see quiz statistics and details.
We currently have working endpoints for these requirements but require the request to be authenticated. We should change it so that guests can work with those too.
