Feature: Bus Lines, Comments, and Train Lines not displayed on form

I just noticed that the Comments, Bus Lines, and Train Lines fields from BMLT Root Server aren't part of the front end form, and therefore, can't be changed by the user. Since the information isn't even being displayed on the form, a user won't know if it's wrong and needs to be changed.

Regarding the Comments field... this is typically used to display information such as "Speaker on the second Sunday of each month." And this data changes from time to time. I think Bus Lines and Train Lines are more static, but still need to be changed once in a while (in our region we actually use Bus Lines for "covid specific data" but could use it for other restrictions type data in the future).

I don't recall if there's a character limit on the fields, or whether the workflow plugin respects character limits on fields from the root server. But, at least in my region, I think we'd really like to be able to limit each field to specified number of characters. On our current form we limit them so users don't submit paragraphs of data that will eventually not display well on websites and printed meeting lists.
