How to request for the API key

Please let me know how to request for an api key. The url (https://api.blockchain.info/v2/apikey/request/) that is mentioned in the documentation is not working to responding.

Almost same issue - I can't even get API Key from this link - https://api.blockchain.info/v2/apikey/request/
because I have no website which I need to enter in API Key requesting form.
How can I get the API key to use api without entering my website address?
