I won't be able to do tomorrow, I'm on the way to Madrid for an urgent matter, will be back in Granada Thursday but I will let you know exactly what time as soon as I know so we can do the meeting either Thusday or Friday.

The official el-grafo working version finished for the evaluations is here:

I will uploaded all this files on github -> master branch tomorrow properly. It consists on a Html page accompanied by several scripts, data files and an external css-type file.
The documentation prepared until date is also there. Also a list of little bugs that I want to fix soon. Please complete it with any appreciation you might have.

Also would like to comment that I'm going to take some days off. I will be on the cost with internet connection till thursday21/friday22, working a bit on those things, and then will be on Granada 1-2 days. From weekend till wednesday27/thursday28 I'll be off with no internet. I say this re. the evaluations. Don't know if we need to meet for that, or we just cross some info via emails/skype. I can go to the office when back in Granada, on thursday21 afternoon or friday22 morning. You let me know.

Appart from that, when coming back from that, will be working part time till mid/end of September with it till feel happy with the work done.

TO DO/BUGS BEING WORKED

• Add tooltips with each module relevant info when hovering on the INTRO scheme
• Solve intro scheme problems with colors and opacities when loading different modules, also with the dependencies labels.
• Solve svg overlapping problems that don't allow to make clickable some elements due the canvas layout
• Solve zoom behaviour issues. Either a reset buttom or auto-center feature.
• Solve Enzyme module clickable button: is not working*.
• * working but not loading if clicking on first instance on it.
• Dependencies Graph representation title appearing twice.
• Arity legend texts duplication.
• Cleaning protein info when loading each module.
• Fixing position offset on protein info dependencies.
• Dependencies visualization improvement on initial scheme.
• Dependencies color vertex not corresponding to the color code, they all brown temporary.
• Delete the json auxiliar file done by hand on the intro page by coding some functions.
• Add some instructions regarding the dependencies collapsing features.
• Solve dependencies zoom issues with collapsing feature.
• Solve some small issues with the context menu filtering options

POTENTIAL:

• When the json schema includes the "module" of each dependency, implement this on the code so its not added by hand.
• Add the text search button to find/hightlihgt and specific vertex/node.
• Integrate the dependencies js script with the module js script as they share most of the fucntions
• Dependencies not appearing on the modules that have them.
