New examples to test all modules

Hi!

Since it seems that we finally finished importing Bio4j I wanted to implement a set of new examples in order to check, at least at a basic level, whether the different data modules where imported successfully.
This repository already includes some examples that interact with:

• UniRef
• NCBI taxonomy
• GO
• UniProt

but I would still need to implement at least an extra program that is related to:

• Enzyme
• Protein interactions
• Protein information **(more thoroughly)**

Could you give me a hand and tell me a simple program that can have some extra interest than e.g. just looking for a set of Enzyme IDs ??
