Dataset Form:

 * layout of datasetform based on CKAN 1.8 defaults, rather than 1.4 (as before)
 * the dataset form doesn't refer directly to extras fields, but to field names defined in the schema (of course, internally extras are still being used)
 * form validation is no longer handled via javascript, but by using a modified schema in form_to_db_schema, etc.
 * dataset type added to form

Schema:
 
 * "Deutschland" added to geo coverage and granularity vocabs
 * dataset type added to schema: "datensatz", "dokument" or "app"
 * custom validation functions have been added for e-mail addresses and dates
 * geographical coverage and granularity, as well as temporal granularities are now implemented as tag vocabularies

Layout:

 * various layout improvements, including new logo, reducing number of additional links in footer, limiting number of available languages to German and English, etc.
 * new "about" page

General:
 
 * The whole extension structure has been changed to reflect the "best practices" outlined at https://github.com/okfn/ckan/blob/2750-add-docs-and-examples-for-idatasetform-and-igroupform/ckanext/example_idatasetform/plugin.py
 * Berlin-specific license group file added - this can be updated when new licenses should be added
