ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR is an error generated by the browser for every non-HTTPS page, not by wikibinator. HTTP is a protocol, as is HTTPS. Wikibinator203 is static content, not yet a web software, though it does generate 256 bit ids with 192 bits of sha256 hash (or literal data in the ids). You can unzip it into a dir or another website. Also, as its hash DAG based content-addressable, it is designed to use those hash ids 192-bit-securely without HTTPS, though the html and js files could benefit from HTTPS if you dont already have a copy. If you generate a lambda by calling lambdas on eachother, without HTTPS, and merge those in with other lambdas made by other people not using HTTPS, the 192 bit security should still be there in data-integrity. HTTPS also provides privacy. I should probably move it to another site since I only have so many doing HTTPS right now.
