Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes when you uninstall a game the .dlsss files are not removed. This sould resolve that.
Additionally we are now caching thumbnails of games, this should also be deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the current WIP GOG system we have it detecting deleted games. We should delete game assets of the backup variaty if they still exist.

This should also cleanup thumbnails

Additional context
This relates to #236.
