Broken on debian 11 and 12

currently building zim-tools from github requires a version of libzim that debian does not distribute, and thus building zim-tools on a debian machine results is not possible (or at least, not practical). openzim/zim-tools#428

Debian packages a version of zim-tools, please make wget-2-zim compatible with that. When I attempt to use it it spits out errors:

zimwriterfs: unrecognized option '--longDescription=Example Domain (created by wget-2-zim)'
zimwriterfs: unable to find illustration at ./example.com/zim_favicon.png'. --illustration path/value must be relative to HTML_DIRECTORY.

Just build libzim from the repo if the Debian version is broken. It is like 3 bash commands.

It makes little sense to support whatever 5 year old ancient versions, just because Debian lives in a parallel universe.
