A suggestion by me that would be a good small project for someone to tackle.

Replace the breaking news banner with one that can grow to more use cases:

Specifically the two at the bottom one (election 2022, as an example) could be used to group editorial content together and highlight it.

Assigning to myself for now (I have some code somewhere to make that breaking news banner a component). That would be a good starting place to then build more of this out.
