Add system telemetry information for Windows

We have ~61% of farmers on Windows right now, with many of them running Space Acres, however Substrate doesn't support collecting system information from non-Linux systems:

This means we have no idea what CPU, RAM or Windows version users are running and whether they run in a VM or not. It would have been useful to know though.
