feature activation indicators are not clear

I frequently hear people say, "why are we recording this session?" when using meet.tokbox.com when the red activation light is actually on for collaboration or screen sharing or some other featue. Seems like the UI for these icons and whether or not they are active could be improved.

Not sure how best to fix this. Maybe just making the dot not flash like a recorder light?

Since I first raised the issue the UI has changed to make the whole icon red when active and green when inactive. That is good improvement. I don't know if further improvement is needed but how about making the icon green and round when inactive (as in press me to go) and red and octogonal when active (as in press me to stop)?
