We have spatial transcriptome data from multiple patients with the same cancer.
Can spateo be used for spatial transcriptome data from different sample sources?

Hi,

Thank you for the interest in the package! If your specific interest is in data integration, Spateo does not include functions specifically for this purpose, so this will need to be done externally before using any of our functions. There are many existing packages for scRNA-seq that should also work for spatial data, however (Harmony, Scanorama.
