Hi,

slideseq_helpers is a custom module, not included with the package! At the top of this notebook there is a statement that all of the data and other resources can be found on Dropbox- slideseq_helpers.py is also found here, in this subfolder.

Yes, you should be able to use cellbin data for constructing digital layers.
