Hi there,

I am new to this. Could I ask where can I found the csv file containing clinical data required by ADNI2BIDS function? I get such error Expecting to find exactly one file in folder /content/drive/MyDrive/csv matching pattern ADNIMERGE(_\d{1,2}[A-Za-z]{3}\d{4})?.csv. 0 files were found instead :

Hello !

The ADNIMERGE file can be downloaded from the ARC platform of ADNI. You might encounter other missing files issues later on. ADNI platform has indeed been reworked and is not yet stable so the way to fetch metadata files has been changed and we are not up-to-date. If you do encounter further issues, please reach us on our google group.

Best,

Hello,I encountered the same error: "OSError: Expecting to find exactly one file in folder /mnt/e/workplace/clinical_data matching pattern MPRAGEMETA(_\d{1,2}[A-Za-z]{3}\d{4})?.csv. 0 files were found instead."
I downloaded all the study files except for a few that were too large. After filtering the dataset, I kept only the .csv files as part of my clinical_data_fold directory. However, I couldn’t find the MPRAGEMETA file. Any guidance would be appreciated.
