Updating to a new major version is not documented

The best way to update to a new major version is to delete all packages from an installation folder, update the dependency file to refer to the new major version number and then open the project with Cider

That leads to the new major version number being installed, which is fine.

It appears that this is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation.
