I've made a ruleset to redirect clearnet to onions automatically but it would be better if this was done here.

Main problems I'm facing now is that the csv you're using doesn't tell me what the internet url would be. For example:
duckduckgo.com https://3g2upl4pq6kufc4m.onion

So I couldn't use the csv you've created to generate the ruleset automatically. I was forced to create my own file based on your csv: https://github.com/rany0/clearnet-to-onion-ruleset/blob/master/onions.md .

I too maintain a "best-of" redirection list, but for two rather small redirection-specific extensions instead:
