Broader prompt context

Each prompt should contain the context from the last generated responses. This is to not repeat the same phrases when introducing a song, transitioning, mentioning a user.

Previously, this was done just by adding the context as assistant responses, but that ended up failing after a while.

This time, try prepending it to the user prompt.

Also, save these prompts to the history model.
