Combining efforts

Hey,

Came across your project and started working on a parallel solution. Figured you might want to combine efforts - ipeds. I grabbed and parsed the HTML table of all the contents and am building things in Mata to make it a bit more efficient to search/browse through potential data. I figured if you're already familiar with some of the changes over time we could figure that stuff out over the broader timescale and throw things into an .ado file.
