Design Thinking Workshop: Assumption & Questions

A discussion took place among the members of the Accord Project in which we listed down some assumptions and questions we have with the project. After finally analyzing their certainty and risk factor, we finalized the following points to ponder over:

Question 1

Who are we making this add-in for?

Means to resolve

1. Create personas
2. Create user stories
3. User interviews
4. Survey members of the AP
5. Usability test the add-on with lawyers

Question 2

What will users do with documents they create?

Means to resolve

1. Create end-to-end user story
2. Survey lawyers
3. Build lo-fi prototypes and validate
4. Identify sponsor customers

Assumption 1

Word add-ins are commonly used

Means to resolve

1. Research existing add-ins
2. Survey members of the AP
3. Survey people who draft contracts to see if they use word add-ins
4. Explore the Word add-in community
