node and maxflow visualisation

Scenario:

we will have a single view with a dummy graph that the user can interact with as follows:

1. a demo flow animation to show how a transfer “travels” along trust lines so you can see how it moves from the source to the destination
2. slider to control max hops. the user can then see how the maxFlow value changes as the number of nodes varies

to do:

• build a view with a version of the Trust Graph Explorer #5 but using dummy data
• integrate a slider UI component to enable the user to change the amount of nodes for a dummy transaction
• display of total transferable tokens, to show the possible maxflow amount when nodes are reduced or increased.
