Clboss initiated a Boltz reverse swap on my node at 2023-04-26T16:04:49.361Z with a fee rate of 8sat/vb and still has 0 confs.
Trying to figure out how this fee rate was assigned considering it happened during a >30sat/vb environment.
Browsing the Boltz API: https://docs.boltz.exchange/en/latest/api/#creating-reverse-swaps I don't see any fee rate parameters to specify so I'm assuming Boltz assigns the fee rate for the onchain transaction?
I would rather pay a high fee rate to increase timeliness of the swap. Any help here?

I think that for LN -> BTC Boltz determines the fee, and I don't think you can influence this. Perhaps you can contact the guys running Boltz. For BTC -> LN the fee is determined via your on-chain-app when paying.
