Metadata conflit when installing transkun package

Hi,

I get the following error on W10 when installing transkun package:

Thanks for testing. Now I have packed and uploaded the version number as 0.13. Tested it on mac. But I don't have a windows machine to test.

I see! I'm having big problem installing ncls package and that might create the conflict. I ran the your project on WSL and it worked great, I'm pretty impress! Good work! Thus, I can't use Cuda on WSL with normal W10.
