Add "horizon" shading to "view from this location" feature

In the desktop, when you check "view from this location," WWT shades everything below the horizon blue, so you can figure out what's "up" at any given time. It would be great if this feature could be added to the web client.

Thanks for filing this! I know this has been a longstanding request so it will probably come in higher on the priority queue.

We should be able to do this now. It was not possible with HTML5 so so it was not ported, but we can do it in WebGL now. I can add it to the list.
