Brewing: Allow empty glass bottles vs only water bottles/potions

This is mostly just a QOL request for brewing recipes

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm making brewing recipes and would like the ability to use empty glass bottles in recipes as opposed to only water filled bottles or potions. My specific recipes are related to distilling, so it is kind of odd to require water filled glass bottles :) Right now, using empty glass bottles causes CC to break when it finishes the brewing process.

Now I'm using water filled bottles so it works
