或者在 Alertmanager 设置、或者在 Notification Manager 设置可发送通知的上限：

比如一天最多发 1k 或 1w 条，超限发一条提醒通知说明通知过多，请及时处理。
如需查看全部通知，请到通知历史查看，通知历史保存全量通知。
