White screen

Why is the correct configuration of the config.php file not displaying anything to me ? Even uploading the raw project to xampp no error I see nothing but this

I'm not trying with xampp but I get this problem (white screen) with Winginx (ver. 0.6.3) too. I didn't take too long to solve the problem. Install old version Winginx (just google it, ver. is 0.6.2). After install Winginx config server (Winginx Workbench - localhost - Server Config) then start the server. If you get error "memcached not loading", your config.php is OK and Memcached running. Click on Winginx Workbench - Tools - Winginx PHP5 Config (select 5.4 version) - PHP Extensions then unselect and select again after it restart the server.
