ui/black_title.png not loading and crashing game

Playing through the orc TOD raid on hillsbrad campaign mission, and once I click the victory button, the game kicks me out to the desktop, complaining that it cannot find the for-mentioned file in the folder it is supposed to be in.

This hasn't happened in any previous mission either, so it's a little weird.

I checked older installs of stratagus, and this file doesn't exist in those but I haven't had this error either in the older installs. Seems to just affect this 3.3.2 version.
