Remove Record Source spinner timing hack

There is a hack wherein if the recorder input is already set correctly, the spinner appears for just a few seconds and then disappears, rather than waiting for confirmation as it does when the recorder input needs to be changed.

This should be replaced with a proper acknowledgment from the ICS.
