Parsing will allow us to plot within FoxGlove windows and reset axis limits, time horizon, etc. when reviewing IFCB performance.
We need to test whether IFCBacquire graph data (x and y position, PMT peak and integrated values) are captured by bag independent of whether 'Graphs' is selected under View tab in WebUI.
