I'm building my first Voron, using Tap, Stealthburner, and a Phaetus Dragon hot end. The Stealthburner printhead part that's supposed to mate with the Tap doesn't have quite enough clearance to sit flat against the Tap.

The yellow circled areas are mated flush, but there's still a gap at the green circle:

It's not totally clear from the above picture, but the interference that prevents the part from mating flat against the Tap is the cutouts where the four screws that hold the Tap to the MGN-9 rail are. In this picture you can see semicircular indentations in the printhead part from when i tried to press the printhead against the Tap, and it bumped into those screws and deformed the plastic a little bit:

This is the corresponding part of the STL:

I'm not the only person to run into this, e.g.:

The manual does say to carve the plastic back to create clearance, and i did that, and it worked, but it seems a little incongruous with the excellent "fit and finish" of all the other Voron parts i've come across in my travels so far:

I'm opening this issue in the hope that someone will update the STLs to provide the required clearance, to make assembly easier for everyone.

I ran into the same situation. This is really an issue:

dragon_overlap_highlight

I created a mod which solved it:

dragon_fixed_highlight
