Barring #110 from this, I have found 1 confirmed issue from another user and 1 possible issue I found myself.
First off, according to Nikita Jercov on Printables, there's quite a bit of backpressure with the dragon parts. He noticed the "fan intake had a fair bit of backpressure and [was] puking air out of intake."
He remedied this somewhat with his backplate part on printables.
Then there's my issue, which I'm not sure if it's related to the lack of a silicone sock on my end or not. The issue being that Phaetus dragon hotend, the part cooling cools the heater block without the sock on. I don't know if this is a common occurance with other hotends like the Rapido or not though. Still, it is problematic if the user is commonly using CF ABS or CF nylon, as the temps required for those materials can degrade the sock.

Here's Nikita's part I was talking about. I can PR that and a potential fix to #110 that I found on printables as well when I get home if you want: https://www.printables.com/model/416006-enlarged-exhaust-ports-for-voron-stealthburner-pha
