Metaphor: ReFantazio - Prologue Demo (3130330) #8128

Same thing happens to me with the full release (2679460). The only difference is that the Wine Runtime C++ Library window only shows the title bar and the content of the window is just white. Also my log file is 2.1 GB, where it repeats the same stack error you had at line 2886:
I've seen that most people who reported on ProtonDB had it working for them, but I also saw one person have the same error as the both of us. Computer Information:

Found the solution. Updating to a newer version of the Nvidia GPU drivers fixes the issue. With Fedora, I followed this guide to get the beta drivers version 560 and the is able to launch |

I get the same audio crackling (Underruns) using alsa-lib-1.2.13 in Metaphor: ReFantazio that I do in Tales of Symphonia (#822 (comment)) and Ys VIII (#3820 (comment)).
Anything that can be done to resolve this would be appreciated. |

Demo freezes on startup. Sometimes this error appears:
Other times, it freezes with just a blank screen:
It appears no first time installation things happen for the demo (cannot confirm this as I don't own the full game, this is just the demo).

Reproduction
